FITV Executive Director Inspires Crowd at Latino Community Foundation Event at Google

Faith in the Valley Executive Director Trena Turner was one of the featured speakers at the Latino Community Foundation’s 3rd annual Latino Giving Circle Network Retreat at Google on March 10.

The foundation fosters a community of civically engaged philanthropic leaders who are invested in Latino-led organizations and increasing political participation of Latinos in California. The full day event featured discussions about leadership and maximizing impact collectively.

Other speakers included Nina Vaca, founder and CEO of Pinnacle Group, which provides IT staffing and consulting to companies around the world.

A number of Latino Community Foundation members said their donors and supporters left feeling inspired by her talk about Faith in the Valley’s work.
